‘Blood Drop’
A piece of speculative work that’s always stayed with me. The idea is simple. During National Blood Week, ‘Give Blood’ teams up with ‘Google Maps’ to highlight local donor centres. We turn the iconic location pin upside down to create a blood drop, allowing users to book an appointment to donate as soon as possible. The next step for this idea would be to create a ‘Blood Drive’ – a tracked mobile donor van to get to places beyond the city.
